lvl 2-Mutants that have gotten better with there powers.(lvl 1 fighting a lvl 2 and winning.I'll give some mutants class 2 to start out with depending on there power and there rp lvl.)
lvl 3-Mutants that have become extremely good with there powers.(lvl 2 fighting a lvl 3 and winning.I'll give some mutants class 3 to start out with depending on there power and there rp lvl.)
lvl 4-Mutants that either lead a group or have mastered there powers.(lvl 3 fighting a lvl 4 and winning.I'll give some mutants class 4 to start out with depending on there power and there rp lvl.)(Not all group leaders get a lvl 4)
lvl 5-The strongest mutants. The leader of The Brotherhood and the leader of The X-Men(lvl 4 fighting a lvl 5 and killing that lvl 5 to take there place)
